1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns for refunds. We do accept exchanges if items you purchased are defective, the incorrect item was shipped, or you are dissatisfied with the size or style of the item you purchased. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at (817) 860-2430 with details of the item and the issue. Once we agree to the exchange, we will provide you with instructions to return the item. 2. Shipping

Defective and Incorrect Items

If we shipped you a defective item or the incorrect item we will pay for you to ship the item to us and pay to ship the replacement to you.

Dissatisfied with Fit or Style

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images and sizing information for all items. While we want you to be happy with your purchase and will exchange these items, shipping charges to return the item to us and to ship a replacement item to you will be paid by you.
